Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and crisp-smart Account Manager to take charge of premium client outreach and account management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our premium clients and the sales team, driving client satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities 


Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

  • Identify and connect with premium clients to foster relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact to establish ties and build trust with high-value clients.

New Onboarding Support:

  • Setting the stage for onboarding new premium clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Account Management:

  • Handle end-to-end account management for onboarded premium clients.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high retention rate.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

  •  Accompany senior management to sales meetings, contributing to effective client pitching and follow-ups.
  • Provide insights and inputs to tailor offerings according to client requirements.

Marketing Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design strategies that resonate with premium clients.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive engagement.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions, performance metrics, and revenue generation.
  • Present actionable insights to improve sales and client retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
  • Local candidate with in-depth knowledge of the region and local businesses.
  •  Proven track record of managing premium clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of hyperlocal platforms or similar industries is a plus.
